Travel FAQ's
To make the experience as smooth as possible, here’s a breakdown of typical travel-related requirements:

Return flight from Stansted or Gatwick Airport

2 nights (occasionally 3) near your venue and local airport

If your venue offers rooms for suppliers, we can check availability together

Taxis or car hire to travel between the airport, accommodation, and venue

All travel and accommodation needs will be included clearly in your custom quote.
Destination weddings are quoted upon request. I take into account the location and how many days you would be booking me for.

For destination weddings, we can comfortably accommodate the bride plus up to 5 bridal party members.
If your party includes 7 or more, a second artist might be required to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
No need to worry, we’ll handle sourcing a trusted assistant who matches my style and standards. We regularly work with a team of experienced artists, and their travel, accommodation, and services will be included in your quote.
